In Mariehamn's new swimming centre Mariebad you can swim both indoors and outdoors, in pools and in real sea water. It is situated by the sea a few hundred meters from Hotell
Arkipelag and has for example:

- A relax department with steam sauna, jacuzzi, meeting rooms and spa treatments such as aroma massage, body wraps and therapy bath.

- A exercise and competition swim department with 25-meter lanes.

- A adventure department with jets, streams, waterfall and a 55 meter long water slide.

- A wine licensed restaurant and in the summer time an outdoor patio.
