To meet the demand for modern, multifunctional and representative arenas for really llarge meetings, we are now offering our congress & culture centre Alandica in the
eastern part of Mariehamn nextdoor to Hotell Arkipelag. The largest hall will seat 600 meeting delegates while eight smaller meeting rooms will house an additional 300.

The Alandica package offer below demonstrates  a complete arrangement and reflects our advantageous prices;

Day 1 (any day in 2010 - choose any date for your trip).
         Ferry voyage with any of Viking Line's or Silja Line's morning departures from 
         Stockholm, Kapellskär or Turku to Mariehamn or with Eckerö Linjen from
         Grisslehamn to Berghamn.
         Buffet lunch including beverages in the ferry's dining room. 
         Arrival at the ferry terminal in Mariehamn (or Berghamn if travelling from 
         Grisslehamn) at 12.30-14.30 depending of ferry route.
         Transfer to the actual hotel in Mariehamn city centre directly after ferry arrival.
15.00 Meeting in, depending on the number of participants, a suitable conference 
         room at Alandica. 
15.00 Afternoon coffee with bread served in the Alandica assembly room.
20.00 Dinner with first course, main course, dessert ice water & coffee in Restaurant 
         Arkipelag.
23.00 Admission to nightlife; lobby bar, casino & nightclub in Arkipelag. 
         Accommodation in double or single rooms at 4-star Hotell Arkipelag and any other 
         3-star hotels nearby (mainly Pommern, Park Alandia, Savoy, Adlon or Cikada). 

Day 2.
07.00 Breakfast (served 07-10.00) in each hotel's restaurant.
09.00 Continued meeting in the same Alandica room as the day before.
10.00 Morning coffee with bread.
12.00 Conference lunch with salad, main course, ice water & coffee in Rest. Arkipelag.
         Transfer from actual hotels to actual ferry terminals.
         Return ferry voyage to Turku, Stockholm, Kapellskär, Grisslehamn with any
         of Viking Line's, Silja Line's or Eckerö Linjen's afternoon departures. 
         Buffet dinner including beverages in the ferry´s buffet dining restaurant.
         Arrival to Stockholm, Kapellskär, Grisslehamn or Turku in the afternoon or evening. 

The package can naturally be changed in at least a 1.000 ways - everything depends on your requests, for example:

• The arrangement in Mariehamn is prolonged to more than one night and one day.
• The journey to and/or from Mariehamn takes place with regular AirÅland flights (from Helsinki/Vantaa or Stockholm/Arlanda) or with a charter flight from any destination.
• The content includes additional services such as for example local transfers, leisure time activities, evening entertainment, other beverages than ice water and other possible additional services according to your requests.
