The carefully renovated archipelago homestead Silverskär is Åland's most exclusive conference establishment for groups of up to 45 persons and is situated on the 32
hectare island bearing the same name, in the archipelago of Saltvik, five minutes boat ride form the harbour Skatanhamnen in Saltvik.

This is the ultimate place for groups that  want to hold an undisturbed conference in a truly genuine archipelago environment and enjoy the best service, food and beverages that are offered in Åland.

Beside the activities in the conferenceroom and the meals you are served, you have as a guest access to a very extensive selection of activities: for example fishing, sailing, canoeing, seal safari, tennis, pentathlon, clay pigeon shooting and a wood heated beach sauna.

Each arrangement on Silverskär is customised in accordance with the requests that each customer makes, but to demonstrate a complete arrangement, we have developed the package offer below.

14.15 Transfer with large taxi or buss from Vikingterminalen to Skatanhamnen in the
         municipality Saltvik (ca. 30 km., 30 min. drive from Mariehamn).
14.45 Transfer with Silverskär's boat(s), Skatanhamnen - Silverskär.
15.00 Åland pancake with welcome drink served at Silverskär's pier.
15.00 Conference room available the entire stay at Silverskär.
15.30 Afternoon coffee with bread.
17.00 Pentathlon arrangement with more or less speedy activities such as crossbow
         shooting, darts, boule and canoe relay.
18.30 Beach sauna and a swim in the sea.
20.00 Dinner with first course of fish, main course of meat, dessert, ice water & coffee. 
         Accommodation in double or single rooms in Silverskär's first class cottages -
         Mellangårds, Södergårds, Västergårds and Norrgårds.

Day 2.
08.00 Breakfast a la Silverskär (= home baked bread & archipelago specialities).
10.00 Morning coffee and bread served in the conference room.
12.00 Conference lunch with salad, main course of fish, ice water & coffee.
13.00 Check-out & boat transfer to Skatanhamnen.
13.15 Transfer, Skatanbryggan - Vikingterminalen in Mariehamn, Västerhamn.
13.45 Arrival and check-in at Vikingterminalen.
14.25 Return voyage, Mariehamn - Stockholm with Viking Line's m/s Amorella. 
14.25 Conference facilities aboard the entire voyage to Stockholm.
14.25 Afternoon coffee & fruit served in the assembly room near the conference room.
16.00 Viking-buffet-dinner including beer/wine/water & coffee.
         Oppurtunity for tax-free shopping in the ferry's shops.
18.55 Arrival at Vikingterminalen in Stockholm.

Note that all times are local, Swedish time in Sweden and Finnish time in Åland!

You can also travel to Åland, if you so wish (in some cases for an additional charge), with:
- Viking Line's afternoon departure at 16.45 from Stockholm to M:hamn (arrival 23.40),
- Silja Line's departure at 07.10 or  17.10 from Stockholm to Mariehamn (travel time 6 h.).
- any of Viking Line's departures from Kapellskär to Mariehamn (travel time 2-2,5 h.),
- any of Eckerö Linjen departure from Grisslehamn to Berghamn (travel time 2 h.) or with
- AirÅland's morning flight at 09.15 or evening flight at 19.30 from Arlanda to Mariehamn
  (flight time just 30 minutes).

The alternative return voyage from Åland to Sweden (in some cases for an additional charge) are with:
- Viking Line's m/s Cinderella at 09.45 from Mariehamn to Stockholm (arrival 15.30),
- Birka Line's m/s Birka Paradise at 10.00 from Mariehamn to Stockholm (arrival 15.45),
- Silja Line's m/s Galaxy at 13.45 from Mariehamn to Stockholm (arrival 18.15),
- any Viking Line departure from Mariehamn to Kapellskär (travel time 2-2,5 h.),
- any Eckerö Linjen-departure from Berghamn to Grisslehamn (travel time 2 h.) or with
- the AirÅland regular 06.30-flight or 17.00-flight from Mariehamn to Arlanda (flight time
  30 minutes).

Package price (when booking at least 10 persons), incl. service & vat:

Eur 430,00 per person in a single room.

If you want to extend the package with one or several extra full pension nights at Silverskär (including conference room, afternoon coffee, pause activities, beach sauna,
3-course dinner, accommodation, breakfast, morning coffee & conference & lunch) the additional fee per person/night is:
Eur 290,00 in a double room or
Eur 330,00 in a single room.
